sets included per person:
pillowcase, sheets, towel for the shower and towel for the face.
Note: bed linen and towels must be changed every week.
Cautional deposit: Euro 300,00 (The deposit will be reimborsed upon checking out of the house)
Down Payment: 30% essential to confirm the house
Tourist Tax: only if due

Note: who rents the flat can cross one of five terraces of Villa 1, but just to get to their car park and for nothing else.
